A new and dynamic understanding of who we are, how it all fits together and why.  Presented by Fr Tony Percy who has just published a new book 'Theology of the Body Made Simple'.

There is a compelling vision for each of us of a life lived to the max.  Hear how to live this in everyday life, and share your experiences.
