The UNITE Rallies are a chance for Youth and Young Adults from around the archdiocese to get together once a month.
The guest speaker at the August Unite will be Melinda Tankard Reist.
Melinda is a Canberra based writer and researcher. She has been described as "a key player in the Abortion debate in Australia" and in 2000 her first book, Giving Sorrow Words was published.
The book included personal stories from women who'd had abortions. It gave these women a voice and the opporutnity to share their pain, grief and sorrow.
As usual the night will also include great music, personal sharings, small group discussions and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
